Transport Coordinator

Turners (Soham) Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned transport company. We are looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator, to be based at our West Thurrock site.
This an exciting opportunity for a career in the logistics industry within a well-established distribution company.

The main functions of the role are:-

• Liaising with our customer to assist in planning of collections and deliveries
• Ensuring drivers are on track with their deliveries and collections
• Dealing with any problems drivers may have while out on the road, liaising with the end customer
• Administration support with tasks such as order entry, data input and cost control

Requirements:
Educated to minimum Higher Grade standard
Computer literate
Good organisational skills

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm approx, can be discussed further in interview. Turners can offer a competitive salary based on experience and an employee pension scheme.
