Traffic Operator – Night shift 

As the UK’s largest privately owned Transport Company, Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking to expand the team at our Felixstowe depot by recruiting a Traffic Operator to join the team in our Container Division. We are recruiting a Night shift Traffic Operator to work Sunday – Thursday nights or Monday – Friday nights, this is a permanent full-time position. 

Main duties will include:

• Ensure all work is planned effectively.
• Communicating effectively, shipping implants and customers.
• Being responsible for accurate data entry
• Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Keyboard skills & office experience are essential, although full training will be provided on the relevant IT system.
• Flexibility on working hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background with logistics and or Containers is preferable as well as TOP's software, but not essential. 
• Helpful, positive, and professional attitude
