Traffic Shift Team Leader

 Turners are recruiting a Shift Team Leader based at our depot in Silvertown London.

 Some of the main duties of the Team Leader are overseeing the day to day running of the shift, dealing with driver queries / breakdowns, working closely with the planning team and internal shunting team.

 The Team Leader is required to ensure equipment is compliant for loading for the next delivery / cleaning schedules and other general administrative tasks as needed. 

Shift Team Leader requirements:

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Experience working in fast pace setting.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Can make decision when unsupervised.
• Must be computer literate.
• A Logistical background would be an advantage.
• Must have a driving licence.

Shift pattern:

Monday – Friday following a shift pattern – 06:00 – 14:00 , 14:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00.
