Reach Truck Driver – Newmarket
Due to the continuous expansion of our Chill store Department, Turners (Soham) Ltd are recruiting a Reach Truck Driver to join our fast-paced Chill store Department based at our Newmarket depot.
With the full support of our friendly Coldstore/ Chillstore Office, you can expect to gain a good understanding of the warehouse supply chain procedures and improve your skills within the department and company.

Salary: £11.77 per hour - All breaks paid.
Hours: Shift pattern 7 on 7 off Day shift.
Reach Truck Driver duties include:
• Operating a Heated Reach Truck within frozen storage areas
• Stacking and unstacking pallets on mobile racking with maximum working heights of 14m / 45’
• Using a warehouse management system to log stocks’ location and confirming orders for despatch
• Working as part of a team to ensure the flow of customers’ products in and out of the supply chain
• Other duties may include some picking of stock that requires assembling pallets of multiple products
• Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation
• Adhering to the Health & Safety Legislation, ensuring highest level of tidiness and cleanliness.
Skills and qualities we’re looking for:
Experience with MHE would be beneficial, however full training will be provided for this role to the right candidate.
Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative.
Experience in a Reach Truck Driver position or similar role would be advantageous.
