Turners Soham Ltd is one of the largest privately owned transport companies in the UK. Based at our head office, near Newmarket, our Finance team are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Our Accounts Receivable/ Sales ledger department are primarily responsible for checking, coding, and processing all documents on to our accounting programme with any ad hoc duties that may be required within our very busy but friendly, relaxed department.
A financial timetable is followed to ensure all sales invoices, IDT’s and recharges for all our depots across the UK and Our Inter Company recharges are posted to the periodic management accounts on deadline.
We are looking for someone who is hard working and can work well under pressure, as well as conscientious with an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and able to work as part of the team. No prior experience is necessary, although beneficial, as full training will be provided.
