Operations Manager - Weston-Super-Mare

We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager at our busy Weston-Super-Mare office. Based on the customer’s site, the successful candidate will oversee operations, deal with drivers and be the main contact with the customer.

Customer service is key within this role and the ability to communicate timely and effectively with both our drivers and customers is critical.

The successful candidate will also have the determination and desire to drive continuous improvement at this depot, improving profitability and sharing in its success.

As Operations Manager the successful candidate must have:
• Excellent budgetary skills/knowledge
• The ability to think logically
• The ability to work flexibly and to make decisions, problem solve quickly
• Excellent communication/organisational skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
• Good leadership and motivational skills
• A good understanding of transport law and regulations
• Flexible approach to work, with work hours very much determined by the needs of the business
• International CPC is essential.

Workshop Technician - Day & Night shift - Newmarket

LGV Class 1 Driver - Bunwell (near Attleborough)

We are looking to recruit an LGV Class 1 Driver at Bunwell near Attleborough. We are looking for a driver who will start their shift at one of either 0200 hours or 1400 hours on a rolling shift that equates to 5 days a week.

Job description:
You will be driving to farms in the East Anglia area collecting milk from farm vats using a 44T GVW tri-axle rear steer tanker and delivering it to a dairy near Aylesbury.

The position is for either an early morning or an early afternoon start driver. The role will require weekend working and Bank Holiday working if your shift falls on those days.

Full training will be given to a fully qualified Class 1 driver. Shifts last about 12 hours and we use GB Domestic rules for our driving regulations.
