Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Telephonist/ Tracker at our Bicker depot.

the main responsibilities for this role will include answering a high volume of telephone calls in to the business from both customers and drivers. The ideal candidate will be computer literate as you will be using computerised systems, notifying customers of arrival timings, and other admin duties as required.

The successful candidate must:-
 Be confident, professional and polite
 Be able to work effectively within a busy transport office.
 Have experience of dealing with high volume calls, as this is the main bulk of the role.
 Have the ability to deal with queries and discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
 Have excellent keyboards skills.
 Have previous experience in a similar role.

The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday - approximately 20 to 25 hours per week to be agreed at interview, however must cover the times between 3pm and 8pm (Flexible)
