Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our Cold Store team at our Newmarket depot.

This vacancy will suit an individual that understands the demands of a busy warehouse environment with a strong “can do attitude”.

Duties will include:
• To operate trucks in accordance with licences and company safe operating procedures to load and unload vehicles.
• Complete paperwork such as load plans and pallet count correctly.
• Ensure driver comply with dock procedures regarding handing in keys etc.
• Ensure compliance is always maintained.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be able to work consistently to a high standard, without constant supervision.
• Have a good standard of numeracy.
• Be hardworking and self-motivated.
• Have a counterbalance and/or Reach truck licence and experience.

This position is based on a 4 on 4 off working pattern, 12-hour shifts. Overtime and flexibility will be required as and when required by the business.

Rates of Pay:
• £14.20 per hour
