Turners (Soham) Ltd is a family
owned company which was founded in 1930 by Wallace and Frank
Turner. Since that time it has become one of the largest
privately owned transport companies in the UK. Today the current
directors are Mr. P Day, Mrs. W Day and Mr. F Turner. We
operate over 800 vehicles and 1300 employees distributed over the
country.
Our largest areas of
operations is in Temperature controlled distribution and bulk tanker
operations within which Turners have gained considerable experience
in meeting the demands of their customers who range from the major
retailers, to dedicated government contracts with USAF and HM Prison
Services.
